QUALITY

For us, quality means delivering reliably reproducible results – technically, organizationally, and on schedule.

Our company has been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 since 1995.

Certification is carried out by an independent, accredited certification body. As part of our quality management system, our processes are regularly reviewed internally and audited externally.

The focus here is not on checking individual products, but rather on systematically ensuring stable, traceable, and controlled processes—from order acceptance and prepress processing to delivery of the finished printing form.

process reliability

Our quality is based on:

  • clearly defined work processes
  • unambiguous order and version management
  • documented testing and approval steps
  • structured complaint handling
  • complete traceability of raw materials used

This is how we ensure that our customers can rely on consistent standards.

Proofs and simulation

To evaluate the print image, we can produce color-accurate proofs on different substrates on request. These are used for visual and content checks prior to production and help to ensure reliable print approval.

Technical testing and quality assurance

The quality of our sleeves is checked as part of defined internal testing procedures. The focus here is particularly on dimensional accuracy, engraving quality, and technical feasibility.

A proof is always possible and can be provided if required. It serves to check the accuracy of the fit, text position, and geometric parameters. Depending on the project requirements, we also provide test or quality documentation.

Collaboration on equal terms

Quality comes from teamwork. Our employees also accompany projects on site if necessary and provide support with technical questions relating to print forms and implementation. Our aim is [not to start “afresh” every day, but] to continuously develop processes and keep them stable in the long term.

ENVIRONMENT

Responsibility for the environment and resources is not just a trend for us, but part of our corporate identity.

As a manufacturing company in the printing and packaging industry, we are constantly looking at ways to use energy, water, and operating resources more efficiently and reduce emissions.

Energy efficiency and utilization of waste heat

Laser cutting elastomer sleeves generates process heat. This heat is used to support hall heating during the colder months. This allows us to reduce additional energy requirements.

Our production areas are equipped with a ventilation system that ensures continuous air exchange, thereby meeting both occupational safety and environmental protection requirements.

In 2024, a new, more energy-efficient air compressor was also installed. This has enabled us to improve energy efficiency in a particularly power-intensive area of our production.

Water management and circulation processes

We use collected rainwater, among other things, to clean elastomer printing forms. The water used is fed through a treatment system and reused several times. This reduces our fresh water consumption compared to single use.

We also apply recycling principles in the area of solvents: used solvents from the washing process of photopolymer plates and sleeves are distilled, reprocessed, and reused. This reduces our need for new materials and lowers the amount of waste we produce.

Own power generation

We operate a photovoltaic system with an installed capacity of around 245 kWp on our roof.

Some of the electricity generated is used directly in the company, while surplus energy is fed into the public grid.

Wall boxes are also available for our employees’ electric vehicles.

Conserving resources in everyday work

We also take care to use resources consciously in our office and administrative areas.

Under the motto “Think before you print,” we reduce paper consumption and toner and ink requirements wherever possible.

Continuous development

We see sustainability as a development process.

By optimizing our warehouse and material flows, we are working to make processes more efficient and resource-friendly. This process is ongoing—we are constantly reviewing further opportunities for improvement.
